Whenever I visited Las Vegas, I would play at Casino MonteLago. I liked the small non-smoky casino and its full-pay video poker machines. Tied into the twists and turns of Lake Las Vegas, the casino had its own share of drama. How about giving us an overview of its history and likely return this coming May. As I plan a May visit to Las Vegas, when in May is the casino scheduled to be reopened?

I have been reading your QOD for quite some time now and I don't think I've ever seen this mentioned. I'm thinking of moving to Las Vegas and would like to be close to the casinos as that's where I plan on working. Is it possible to actually live in one of the Strip hotels? Get a monthly rate (even if it would change by the month because of holidays, special events) or is there a limit on how long you can stay?

In your "Today's News" feature on December 9th, you said the monthly win was up for downtown’s 19 casinos. Try as I might, I can only think of 15 or 16 (I can't remember for sure how many little slots only joints there are on Fremont Street). Could you please list the 19 downtown casinos?
