How prevalent are hotel fees and resort amenity fees?

I have heard MGM has sold Treasure Island? Is that true?

I live in Canada and found a tito cash ticket from my last trip to Las Vegas. The ticket is worn from being in my wallet (unnoticed) and is 11 months old. If I do not get back to Las Vegas, what, if anything can I do? I believe you answered this question awhile back, but I missed reading that answer. Thank you.

What can you tell me about how often the eyes above are actually paying any attention and what areas do they watch the most. It seems to me they would be more interested in the table games where cheating is more possible.

Just got back from LV over the Thanksgiving Day weekend. I will not mention the hotel but the view would have been exceptional if the windows had not been really dirty. How often do the Strip hotels wash their hotel-room windows? I know it will vary depending on the size of the hotel, but how much does it cost per hotel to wash the windows? How long does it take? How many windows are in some of the hotels?
