Do any of the hotels in Las Vegas have heated or indoor swimming pools that are open year-round?

Is there a particular reason that no one has a casino with a dress code? I miss that atmosphere that a dress code created.

I always believed that since Nevada is by the casinos, for the casinos, and of the casinos, it would be easy to go into the gambling business there. How arduous is the licensing process?
