I recall reading that Harrah’s was going to remodel their casino and later heard that they were going to start remodeling their rooms. I was thinking of staying there this October. What, if any, progress has been made regarding all of the remodeling?

How come I haven’t seen any solar panels on homes in Las Vegas area?

LVA reported that the fantasy event with Tony Romo at the Venetian was canceled due to the NFL flexing their muscle on Las Vegas policy. I noticed, however, that a similar event with Mike Ditka and Brandon Marshall and others scheduled for the following week at the Wynn, has of today not been canceled. What gives? Does Steve Wynn have some extra bit of clout?

I was thinking of staying at the Monte Carlo the beginning of August. However what is the situation with the building work there? Is there much noise from the AEG Arena being built at the back? Is the front entrance open to the Strip? How is the Park affecting the casino? I would appreciate an update on everything going on there and a few photos of the front if possible. Thanks!
