Name the song the line is from Part II

I think that's Time Passages, by Al Stewart. Nice song.

Mid-60s for this one:

the world is at your command

Wow Jim,
That’s one of my favorites, for sure. At least it is if it’s “Nowhere Man” by The Beatles. And I think it is, so…

We can go to 1981 for this:

Darlin', in your wildest dreams, you never had a clue...

Harden My Heart. Good one, Cyn! Nowadays most folks don't even remember Quarterflash, but Rindy Ross played a mean Sax.

Let's try some early 70s:

Chewin' on a piece of grass, walkin' down the road

Edit: Just listened to it again, and did a very slight tweak to the above lyrics to reflect what the vocalists actually sing in the song. Sorry.

I like the songs America did, Jim. That one is “Ventura Highway”.

One from 1972:

But the hangman isn't hangin' and they put you on the street

that's gonna haunt me all day Cyn..

I know it's in my ipod and I can not "hear" it enough to name it.
Dang!!! good one.

more coffee needed..
Good Morning All,

Yes, N’Cat. Come to think of it, I’m sure it is in Your Ipod. I don’t know if this will help you to hear it. But, I really like the use of wind chimes in this group’s performance of the song. There is also a great organ solo in there.

This was mighty popular, and still is too. I hear it quite often on Classic Rock Stations. The album it came from was even ranked #238 of “The 500 greatest albums of all time” by Rolling Stone Magazine.

I'm convinced you know this. Just relax and think, "wind chimes and organ music". You'll get it.
no use helping a swiss cheese for brains like me- now all I can think of is Seals & Crofts Summer Breeze~~~~~~

Yes?

Yes Fraigle?
those are not the type lyrics the ASSOCIATION would use in say..Windy...

Incense and peppermints? I've lived too long and got too much music in ma head..

Crapballs and phooeycakes GGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I think I may know this one, but I sure would feel guilty guessing it after noahcat's been thinking about it all day. May I try giving one more hint?

Noahcat, you're a gambler like the rest of us, so we know you probably like to hide your cards if you're able. Just remember this: In the land of milk and honey, you must put them on the table.

god bless you-- Steely Dan

It's CLV's tagline.... ! DO IT AGain AGAIN
THANK YOU!!!
so excited I can't type..
