Name the song the line is from Part II

Is that "Personality," by Lloyd Price? "O-o-over and over ..."

Can't think of anything new to post right now ...
Good Morning All,

Well, I don't remember the movie (shows you what I know), but I sure did like the song.

You Never Can Tell, by Chuck Berry. A classic, pure and simple.

“You Never Can Tell” was used in the dance contest scene in PULP FICTION, which is one of my favorite movies.

I hope some 1988 is alright:

I told you that we could fly
Cause we all have wings
But some of us don't know why

Good one, Cyn! Have we ever done an INXS song on this thread? I like that one. It's Never Tear Us Apart. One of my favorite early MTV videos was The One Thing, by INXS.

I guess maybe I'd better dust off the 80s jukebox for some ideas. I was still rumaging around in the early 60s when I found this one:

Ginny only wants you 'cause she thinks she has to have everyone
Minny only wants you 'cause she thinks that hurting me would be fun
Oh, oh, oh, silly Lilly, you know she doesn't really want you with a love that's true

No, Jim. I don’t think we have seen INXS on here. But, then, I don’t know many of their songs by the words. They had a great sound though. I would like to see them live sometime.
Yours is “The one who really loves you”. It’s a Motown song, but I don’t recall who did that one at the moment.

I have something handy from 1978:

Every minute is an hour
Every day's a lonely lifetime

Pretty sure that's No Tell Lover, by Chicago.

This one is from 1983:

I'm a man who doesn't know
How to sell a contradiction

I think that is “Karma Chameleon” by Culture Club.

The words to this are kind of confusing, IMO:

You keep your distance with a system of touch
and gentle persuasion

I like that one a lot. It's Head Over Heels, by Tears For Fears.

More 80s:

Oh, you can surely see
You're so much more to me

Sorry, got called away. I'm guessing that maybe it's hint time.

A family band took this pretty little composition to #3 (#1 Adult Contemporary) in early 1987.

More lines:

Oh, you can surely see
You're so much more to me
Just one look and I knew
You would make everything clear
Make all the clouds disappear
You're better than all the rest
Who do I love the best?
Don't you know, don't you know

I recall that song is called something like, “You got it all over him” by the Jets, right?

Just in case here’s the next:

Open your eyes and look at the day,
You’ll see things in a different way.

You got it (all), Cyn.

I think I remember your song. It's by Fleetwood Mac, and it's called Don't Stop. Or Don't Stop Believing About Tomorrow. Or something in between, like Don't Stop Believing. It's gotta be one of those, lol.

I should never say this, but I'm going to do it anyway: Here's an EASY ONE. It's from 1981:

She's precocious, and she knows just what it takes to make a pro blush
