PJ, there has been about 1 arrest for each $1,000,000 in Chicago damaages. Of those arrested, unless one had a gun, then they were ONLY charged with a misdemeanor crime. That doesn't cut it. That's why the rioting and looting continues. Shooting to kill would have stopped criminal activities immediately and preserved innocent folks wealth to the tune of a half billion dollars.

I don't undertand Deblasio and Cuomo said close things to flatten the curve . NY has less than 1% positive on the rolling 7 day average and they still won't open anything up. The prevailing sentiment is over 70% bars and restaurants will not open again and many are moving out of state to open elsewhere.
