Another teen "Takeover" along Lincoln Park.

PJ, the proof is in the pudding in Chicago, Portland, San Franciso, California, NYC, New York.  Liberal policies are driving people way, driving business away.  Lie all you like.

Tell us all you like that these punk uprisings don't hurt business.  The proof is in the pudding.

Another lyin Boilerman post....and the data that makes him look ridiculous.

Chicago, Portland, San Francisco and NYC dont even make the top 10 regardless of what metric you use to measure.  Red state cities  comprise 8 of the 10 biggest shrinking cities.and 7 out of 10 by number.

Data dont lie - only lyin Boilerman does

Cities with fastest shrinking population by percentage:

1 Charleston, West Virginia

2 Jackson, Mississippi

3 Jacksonville, North Carolina

4 Shreveport, Louisiana

5 Decatur, Illinois

6 Albany, Georgia

7 Gary, Indiana

8 Rocky Mount, North Carolina

9 Hammond, Indiana

10 Flint, Michigan

Cities with fastest shrinking population by number:

1 Detroit, Michigan

2 Baltimore, Maryland

3 St. Louis, Missouri

4 Cleveland, Ohio

5 Shreveport, Louisiana

6 Toledo, Ohio

7 Jackson, Mississippi

8 Baton Rouge, Louisiana

9 Rockford, Illinois

10 Montgomery, Alabama

Pj's chart is 4 years old. You may want to use current data

On his earlier graph it shows that prices have declined from 11/22 by $50k or about 7%.

Plus it is a list of towns, not cities.  This BS somehow makes him feel better.

I've driven around the area that PJ talks about regularly for 25 years, yet he has not.  I've stayed there three times since January, PJ has not.  I've driven from Lincoln Park to the Kennedy a month ago, PJ has not.  My friend lived there for 25 years, while PJ is confused and thinks all 5 neighborhoods along the park are all called Lincoln Park.  I've stayed in the area over a hundred times........PJ a few.  Certainly not enough times to know that Old Town borders the park.

Anyone who knew a damn thing about this place wouldn't make PJ like comments.

I lived in Chicago for 10 years and I visit it regularly every year since I left.  My sister lived there for most of her adult life - over 30 years.  So Boilerman lies about my familiarity too.    I mean -  why stop now?

Every point Boilerman made on this thread is proven BS.  He makes shit up and I post links that prove him wrong.  Thats not just this  thread, by the way.

I'm going to Philadelphia for the 4th to visit my niece. When I get back I'll be looking for a good weekday to do my annual trip to Chicago.   I'll take some pics from my $500 bike (prime material for a mob of black people to steal) - I go right by the place I showed pictures of earlier.   Me and 1000 other cyclists every day.   Then Boilerman can call it a lie or something.

Right now the only thing scary about Lincoln Park is the air quality from the Canadian wild fires.

I grew up 30 miles NW of Chicago, and travel to this area and the general Lincoln Park area regularly.  I suspect that I went to Lincoln Park Zoo before PJ was even in diapers.  PJ has made it clear that he knows so little about this place that he believes that Lincoln Park neighborhood borders the west side of the entire park.  If he really knew this area, he would know that this is not the case.  He called me a liar, after I said that my friend lives on the SW corner of the park, and later I said that he lives in Old Town.  PJ believes that both are not possible.  Steve did live on the park at 1730 north clark (feel free to look up this address on Google maps), and he lived in Old Town (feel free to look up this place on Google maps).

Oooo...you lived in the suburbs?  Thats big.

There is a neighbiorhood called Lincoln Park which your friend did not live in.   Thats why you had to correct yourself when you origianlly said he lived in Lincoln Park    Do you want me to pull up the map of Lincoln Park and show you how your friend's address is not in it?    We already did that exercise once and it seems to have really made you upset.

The actual "park" called Lincoln Park is home to only zoo animals.   So unless your friend is a baboon he never lived there either.    Is your friend a baboon, Boilerman?

His friend is imaginary, so I guess he could live in the zoo.

Really, you're having a pointless discussion with him. Has he ever admitted when he's wrong? EVER? So he's not going to now.

It's odd how he always feels he has to justify his bigotry and racism. And then he claims to have "knowledge" that no one could possibly have. And the cherry on the sundae is his "expert witnesses."

Unless you think there's a chance that he's going to admit, "Yeah, I'm a full-of-shit bigot," every discussion with him will go the same futile way.

(This is where he responds "Kevin thinks..." or "Kevin says..." followed by some idiotic Boilershit.)

How much does Kevin want to bet that I never said that my friend lived in Lincoln Park?  I instead said that he lived on the park.  How much would you like to bet?

PJ was referring to Lincoln Park neighborhood.  You are even more confused than he is.

Truthfully, Boilerman, nobody really cares where your friend lives except you apparently.    The fact that you want to turn this debate into "where your friend lives"  instead of your original, debunked point about "weekly mob attacks from black people"  shows how far you've been forced to backpeddle away from your bullshit.

And since your friend doesnt live there anymore and you live three hours away....it kinda makes your commentary about life there laughable.   But it was laughable when your friend lived there too.
