When you register to vote you either can give them your DL# or Social Security. You better remember which one you gave them - becasue if you put the other one on your mail in registration it will get rejected. Up to 50% in some places.
This was the common sense, anti-voter-fraud plan put in place by the sore losers who dont want people to vote.

Easy to recify
1- supply both numbers if you are not sure
2- if the first ballot is rejected for the wrong number; supply the other
3- vote in person
Considering 50% of ballots have been rejected in some parts of the state it would seem its not that easy to recitfy.
But I never said its impossible to vote by mail.
I said its harder to vote by mail as a direct result of legislation passed by sore losers who lie about voter fraud. The massive number of rejected ballots in the wake of the legislation proves that.

Voting by mail is designed to make it easier for people for whom traveling to a polling place and waiting in lines for hours may be a practical, physical, or financial hardship. For instance, transportation may be unavailable, a person may have a disability (or just be old), or a person can't take an entire day off from work.
So if the Tommie-poo crowd insists on forcing people to vote in person on Election Day because mail-in voting is fraudulent, or fattening, or un-American, or something, the logical step would be to increase the number and availability of polling places, right? But the Republiholes, in addition to their other voter suppression measures, drastically reduced the number of polling places and cut back the hours one could vote. Then they welcomed white supremacists, many openly carrying guns, to stand and scowl at voters waiting in line--while prohibiting anyone from giving those people food or water.
If Tommie-poo and his ilk want people to vote in person, why are they making it much harder? Or could it be...could it be...just maybe...they don't want people to vote at all?
