Californians may have developed some herd immunity to coronavirus

Okay, you're on the jury. The relatives of a deceased hospital employee sue for millions because their loved one died, and they allege it was because of a faulty mask. Then you learn that the mask was not FDA approved.

If you say that isn't going to sway you somewhat you are just lying.

So hospitals simply reacted to the incentives the Trump administration put in place. And medical workers died.

Leadership matters.

Mister, there would be no lawsuit in your example if the FDA could indemnify, yet there are regularly such lawsuits on FDA approved products................and companies do lose.  Mister, can the EPA also indemnify for things such as Round Up?

When is a Liberal going to tell us when Trump supposed to listen to doctors and when is he not to listen to doctors? Also, when is Trump to listen to non-doctors regarding medical issues and when is he not?

I'll repeat:

So you stance has changed regarding the FDA's power?

When is this conservative going to learn how to spell "liberal"?

As to when Trump should listen to anyone, he should listen to anyone who has actual qualifications and ignore people whose primary or sole qualification is that they're a servile Trump lackey or a Fox News (etc.) propagandist.

Unfortunately, Trump listens to his lackeys and conservative pundits and deliberately ignores the experts, especially when they tell him things he doesn't want to hear.

So the answer to your question is obvious.

Nope. Hasn't changed. Here's what I said a couple days ago:

In late February the CDC approved KN95 masks from China. The FDA finally approved their unrestricted import on April 3. In the intervening month, some medical personnel had to go without. Some of them are dead.

Mister, but the word you used regarding the FDA was "indemnify", providing protection in court.  My argument all along, which you have ignored, is that the FDA can not and does not indemify anyone from anything.  Early on the CDC and the FDA both said that only certain masks provide any protection.

Should Trump listen to the doctors from February, or do we listed to the doctors from April?  The data on these masks has not changed, so apprently the exact science did.

Mister, it was handy that you took your own comment out of context.  Have you considered applying to CNN or MSNBC for a job?
