There are 400,000 kids in foster care because Liberal politicians and black "leaders" have been telling their voters that they have no responsibility to take care of the childen that they bear. At a very minimum, they never tell them that are responsible for these children. Then Libs demand money to pop for the cost that these losers should be paying.

Yet I support the idea of students (of all colors, mind you) being able to leave a public school and take his school money elsewhere. The shitty Democrat run schools tend to spend $16,000 per student. That kid can leave the shitty school and attend any private school of his choice. Here's a real world example. Indianapolis public schools spend $16,162 per student. Students at the great Cathedal private school pay $16,390 including the activity fee. I'm guessing that IPD also charges such a fee on top of the $16,162 expenditure. In other words, the poor black kids, assuming he's willing to follow the private school rules and he's worked hard enough to be accepted, can leave the shitty Democrat school for the great private school...........and it wouldn't cost him a penny more.
Libs regulary fight against such policies. BTW, my mostly great white town's schools spends less per student than Indianapolis public schools............which suck. More proof of Liberals doubliong down on failed policies.
