Dr. Oz Wants Local Politicians To Decide If It's Ok For A Woman To Have An Abortion

I agree, but let's leave Herschel Walker for another thread.

I watched some of the Georgia debate, and Walker wasn't the idiot.

I feel the same way about Governor Abbott...he cant even get his sorry, gimp ass out of the chair to stand at the podium.

Being in a wheelchair does not impede Abbot from doing his job, but an inability to think, comprehend & communicate impedes a senator.

Only an idiot would think that Walker is anything but an idiot.

So why are you a Hot Herschel supporter, then?

Kevin, the Constitution decides what those rights are.  Just because you believe that your ideas are best doesn't make it so.

Yes! And the states cannot nullify the Constitution!

Idiot.

But you want the states to ignore it.

The states cannot take away the Fourteenth Amendment rights of citizens, any more than they can take away their right to free speech or lawful assembly. And the Constitution makes it explicit that states do NOT have the power to override or ignore Constitutional amendments.

I'm really amazed that dumb as you are, this basic concept continues to elude you.

Part of the 14th amendment states - "Is a fetus a person under the 14th Amendment? As an effect of the unanimity of the states in holding unborn children to be persons under criminal, tort, and property law, the text of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment compels federal protection of unborn persons.

It doesn't say that or anything close to it. Fetuses aren't mentioned in the 14th Amendment. If you're going to lie, at least inject some plausibility.

Fettermen doesn't struggle with any of those.   He simply requires a different means to communicate....just like governor Abott needs a different means to move.    You should be honest with yourself about your objection.

when Fettermen claims to be a cop because he got a badge out of a Fischer Price play set, I'll be worried about his mental state.   To date, the Fettermen critics are ok with that dynamic with their candida5e in Georgia.

it's kinda like the when the Chuck Grassley voters cry about Joe Biden's age.

Apparently, Herschel murdered another one of his babies.  The guy is a walking abortion clinic.  He drove his baby mama to the abortion clinic against her wishes. Of course this makes no difference to conservative hypocrites.
