EU vs US on COVID

Folks, pull virtually any random state.  I just chose Georgia because my Liberal son who lives in Georgia assures me that things are out of control.

Since the bottom of the trough on May 20, using the 7 day average, positive cases are up 80%.  Over the same time period, deaths are down 50%.  They are either testing more, have more accurate testing, or they are better at treating the sick.  I'm not sure which, but I suspect that more testing and more accurate testing is driving the positive case data.

Did anyone notice the national death data that I posted from WHO?  It's in stark contrast to the folks on this site assuring us that US deaths are increasing.

Anyone claiming that number of tests are driving the number of positives is a really dishonest person. Or maybe just very ignorant. Proof:

The number of tests is NOT driving the increased numbers of positives:
