There have been multiple causes, most of them having nothing to do with politics or the nonsensical things that Tucker Carlson screams about. One of the greatest contributors to rising energy costs is the greed of the fossil fuel corporations--whose employees are Republican politicians in red states. But obviously, you're cool with that--or perhaps not, because otherwise, you wouldn't be trying to blame Biden for it, which is really, really fucking stupid. Biden doesn't determine the price of gasoline. Private companies do. DUHHHHH.
Continuing to do nothing about greenhouse gas emissions because imposing restrictions on energy companies will just cause them to raise their prices is foolish in the extreme. Climate change has already killed tens of thousands of people, and that will only get worse. Biden's executive order reversed Trump's stupid, reckless, and foolish policies. Knowing what kind of person you are, I can see why you might object to that.
You know what the irony is? All of you raving conservitards, if the Democrats actually manage to get their agenda passed (OOOOH! that horrible word! "Agenda!" Only commies have agendas!), will greatly benefit. Your communities won't be destroyed. You won't lose your jobs. You won't have to pack up in the middle of the night to run from a flood, wildfire, or hurricane.
