I'm sure that that silly ol' free speech thingy we have in the Constitution that Trump used for toilet paper is still valid.
By law, a libelous statement has to be damaging to a person's reputation. How could the already abysmal reputations of Trump or any of his lackeys be further damaged by what is said here? I mean, it's like criticizing the fashion sense of a serial murderer, or saying that Josef Stalin made some poor decisions.
Furthermore, to be libelous, a statement has to be false. This means that expressions of opinion such as "Them Demmurcats are destroyin' this here country" are protected, because while stupid, such a statement is an opinion. Likewise, "Donald Trump is a lying, traitorous, thieving criminal" is not libelous, because those things are demonstrably true. Also--"Democrats eat babies and burned down California with their Jewish space lasers" is too general to be libelous.
When our conservitards go off about Biden or Hillary or Obama or AOC, nothing they say could possibly affect their reputations, either positively or negatively. They don't have the power to influence or change anything; they're a collective fart in the wind. Their collective bleatings have about as much effect as if an ant kicked the Washington Monument.
