How Many Of You Trumpets Really Believe Trump Won?

It's like the GOP members of Congress; roughly nine out of ten refuse to say that Biden won, but only two (so far) are outright saying that Trump won. In the Republihole party, lying carries no penalty as long as the lie is in support of Trump; however, the rats are poised to leave the sinking ship if need be.

Boilerman has admittted that he doesn't believe all the evil shit he posts. Rdwoodpecker, despite his nastiness, occasionally makes some sense. Charles is so off-plumb, I'm not sure he believes much of anything. Tom...Tom just babbles. And David, our buddy...I very much doubt that he's genuine, or that he's even real. His support of Trump's nasty evil is just too reflexive and automatic. He scrapes up the worst of the shit that's on the internet and smears it all over these forums. In the process, he makes himself look absurd, which would bother an actual human.

It's also like the polls that are saying that 80% of ordinary Republicans believe Biden "stole" the election. Now, Republicans are really, really stupid, but I don't believe that so many of them actually think that. I think it's more about what they tell pollsters. Trump and his fellow Trumpholes have always done better in elections than polls would suggest, because some people, when asked, have felt ashamed to admit that they support those douchebags. So when Republicans answer polls, they answer in the ways that they think they should rather than honestly.

I have been concerned that so many Republican voters refuse the facts and continue to defend Trump.  One factor is where thjey get their news.  Fox, OAN, Newsmax, Briebart or some other right wing news media, that puts out misinformation. 

The election was close,  If Trump had handled the Pandemic better, we would have 4 more years of Trump.  Something as simple as encouraging wearing of masks would have put him over the top, IMO.  He should have really listened to his  Covid Task Force.  

The Pandemic was and still is, what's impeding the economic recovery.  I would love to hear from our Trump supporters in a real dialougue.  What are your thoughts on the Pandemic, the economy, what Trump did right, what he did wrong.  Why do you think he lost the elction?  Lets give everyone a chance to voice their believes.  I really want to hear their narrative, because I am puzzled. 

There is no doubt that President Trump won - in a landslide. The Democraps bought this election thru graft, false ballot counting and machine tampering. The extent of this cheating is being ignored by the lying media as they lie about the outcome. If this theft is upheld, America will suffer greatly. The next 4 years will show all of the braindead morons just how ignorant they are for voting DemocRat.

Trump's legal team has addressed the graft, false ballot counting and machine tampering in legal filings to the courts and they have had very little success in proofing it.

But let's take a look at the deranged nature of David's idiot propaganda excretions! He lies and says that the election was fraudulent---and then he screams at everyone who voted for Democrats! So he's claiming fraud in one breath and in the next, admitting that enough people voted for Biden to give him victory!

Of COURSE, if the election was fraudulent, supposedly in favor of the Democrats, then they would have won every Senate race and gained, not lost seats in the House. What David may not realize is that people vote for President, senators, and House candidates at the same time. So why would all those supposed trillions (is it bazillions?) of "fake ballots" have votes for Biden on them but for Republicans on everything else?

The fact of the matter is that David is NOT entitled to his treasonous belief that the election--the fairest and most closely watched in American history--was fraudulent. Why not? Because he has no proof. I do NOT condone his saying that millions of his fellow Americans are cheats and liars and cast fraudulent ballots. That's evil, stupid, reprehensible, repulsive, and yes, TREASONOUS. David hates America and Americans who don't think his way. He's not entitled to think that Americans are election frauds any more than he is entitled to think that Democrats eat babies.

Actually, if there was any fraud, it would have been committed by Republicans, given the anomalous results in Senate races. But all the elections were certified, in every state, and Trump's something like 0 for 54 in his court challenges. So it's stupid to bleat about fraud at this point.

Yes, that's what's ironic. If Trump had handled the pandemic with any degree of competence, he would probably have won the election. Of course, who knows how many American deaths would have resulted from four more years of the Trump administration. So maybe the excess 150,000+ deaths that Trump caused were ultimately the lesser of two evils, horrible as that sounds.

You can't have an actual dialogue with a Trumper. I mean, how can you start a rational discussion with someone who ignores reality? More than a month after the election, MOST Republicans are still running around in circles, squawking and flapping their arms and saying that Trump won the election. Is there any space for dialogue with THAT?

The reason why you're puzzled about the behavior of Trumpers is that you're still regarding them as actual human beings with functioning brains. They're not. They're just robots--cult followers. For them, and for all those before them who have followed demagogues, the truth doesn't count--all that matters is showing fealty to the Dear Leader. It's almost sexual, in a bizarre, creepy way.

I believe there was a significant level of voter fraud in the 2020 election, even higher than in prior elections.

I also believe this will only increase, and diminish confidence in elections, if not prosecuted.  

Beliefs are nice. Beliefs can be fun. We all have beliefs.

Whenever someone alleges substantial election fraud, I ask them two simple questions: 1) exactly how would one submit a fraudulent ballot and get it tabulated, given the signature verification process? No vague Rudy Giuliani-type shit, now. Tell us exactly how--and then tell us how it can be done millions of times, and 2) why on earth would anyone do it even if it was possible, since submitting a fraudulent ballot involves the commission of multiple felonies?

Let's not forget, also, that each ballot is marked with an individual barcode that corresponds to a particular registered voter. This is just as true of absentee ballots as any other. If you vote in person, a poll worker checks your identity and matches your signature against the one on file.

So what is the basis of your belief? Is it Trump-love or something similar? Or too much Fox News?
