I'm rooting for Johnny Ratcliffe

Then Melania Trump would be qualified if nominated for Secretary of State?

Since she, unlike Hillary when she was nominated, has never held political office, has never acted on behalf of the US government in a diplomatic function, and has been to only a relatively few foreign countries (as opposed to Hillary's 100+), and, lastly, has poor English skills (like Boilerman!), I would say...no.

Obama's appointed for the position helped weaponize the government against Trump, yet Liberals claim that he was qualified.

Have you heard the latest about "Johnny?"

Forbes: Former Texas Congressman Used Campaign Money To Pay His Wife $43,500

He paid her for "managing" the books of his campaign committee that was dormant. And Johnny used another $11,000 of campaign funds for his own personal website. And in case you were wondering, using thousands in campaign funds for a personal website is just as illegal as using thousands in campaign funds for a personal vacation.

So now Boilerman can brag that he has a very good friend that is Black AND that he has a very good friend who is a criminal.

Boilerman is so inclusive.

Then there is gov Houchul of NY

Hochul agreed to a $1.4 billion deal for a new Buffalo Bills stadium, including more than $600 million directly from the state’s taxpayers (and $250 million from Erie County’s). Her husband is the general counsel of a firm that will benefit from the stadium’s food concessions in this sweetheart deal,

Then came the pandemic pay-to-play scandal. Hochul signed a no-bid-deal with a political donor’s company to buy COVID tests. Digital Gadgets, a firm that had no experience with such tests, scored the $637 million contract after owner Charlie Tebele threw Hochul a fundraiser — and New York paid twice as much as other states paid for the same tests. Her campaign even hired Tebele’s son.

$1.2 billion in tax breaks related to Penn Station “redevelopment” to Vornado CEO Steve Roth, who with his family has given Hochul’s campaign tens of thousands.

She’s standing by a contractor the feds accuse of mishandling the state’s Medicaid transportation program, costing taxpayers up to $195 million in paybacks. Medical Answering Services owner Russ Maxwell just happens to be a Hochul donor.

Hochul actually used her budget to bail out failed hospitals tied to Alexander Rovt, who with his wife has maxed out donations to her.

Once again tom has lots of words. Of course, none of his proves any criminality. Unlike "Johnny!"

But let's just take just look at your last three points related to political donors.

Okay tom, name one member of Congress or one governor who has never voted or administered in a way that benefits a donor. Just name one.

I'll wait.

I could, without breaking a sweat, name a dozen very recent examples of Tom's gang pushing legislation designed to please their donors.

But as with so many other such actions, that's OK when his side does it.

Top House Democrats Maxine Waters and James Clyburn have continued to shell out tens of thousands of dollars in campaign funds to their family members ahead of the November midterm elections

Karen Waters, who has been organizing slate-mailing operations to bolster her mother's re-election since 2003, and her company, Progressive Connections, have received more than $1.2 million from Waters’ campaign over the past nearly two decades.

In 2004, the Los Angeles Times revealed that the Waters campaign had shelled out more than $1 million to other family members over the previous eight years.

Clyburn, the House majority whip, also has a history of shelling out campaign money to his family members. His re-election campaign paid $7,500 for "office rent" in August to a company called 49 Magnolia Blossom LLC, according to FEC records.

"Shell out," huh tom. You know actual journalists don't write like that, don't you? So I'm assuming your source is garbage.

In any case, political campaigns doing business with friends and relatives happen all the time, but paying $43,500 for your spouse to manage a non-existent campaign fund is crooked. And so is using thousands for personal use.

And here's Johnny!
