The initial reason for the shutdown

The White House did not disregard the CDC, but instead also considered the damage being done to the economy.  This damage is not considered and is of no concern to the CDC.  They are a one trick pony, and you know that as much as I do.  Listening to only one group is not prudent.

If Trump cared about facts and information, he wouldn't have blocked Fauci's testimony, and he wouldn't have muzzled the CDC reopening recommendations report. But he's manipulating the news (to the extent that he can) so that nothing that isn't strongly positive sees the light of day.

He's worse than useless as a leader. At the very least, he should stand aside, let the experts speak, and allow the public to be informed.

I for one would be very interested in the CDC report. My very strong suspicion is that the report said the rapid reopening strategy is foolhardy, so Trump censored it.

Our resident Trumptards are cool with that, because the only information or guidance they need is that which exits the asshole of the Orange Orangutan.

Here we go again, Kevin making up more shit - that is what he does. No facts, just hatred driven lies.

Hmmm? -

Yes. The Trump administration is a textbook example.

Every administration and companies have them.  Why is this important, and how must they be managed properly?

They should be "managed" by being eliminated, because a lack of free flow of information within an organization makes that organization less efficient.

The Trump White House is a stumbling, fumbling farce because its various components are rivals, not cooperating entities.

According to Kevin- "The Trump White House is a stumbling, fumbling farce because its various components are rivals, not cooperating entities" --- Funny, that is what I thought about Kevin's few functioning brain cells...
