Israel Vetos Trump’s peace plan the straight is closed again

"If Trump believes that Israel, which was excluded from negotiation of the MOU, and which exists to '"never again'" depend on others for its security, will allow limits on its measures against Hezbollah, his credulousness is unlimited.  Trump...must, by law, submit a final Iran agreement for congressional review.  To him, however...to his many congressional poodles, it is an invitation to evasion.  Perhaps, though, they have reached the limits of their canine loyalty."  George Will, columnist for the Washington Post.

Will is widely known as anti - Trump. He is too ignorant to see the broad picture and takes every opportunity to disparage President Trump.

The entire world is anti-Trump, with excellent reason.

Someone like you calling George Will ignorant is downright hilarious.

The "broad picture," as stated by Will, is whether Congressional Republicans rein in Trump or continue to be his bitches. We'll see.

(You, we know, will continue to be his bitch.)

Israel won't behave. They won't honor any agreement. I used to be a strong supporter of Israel. But now, they're doing all the shit to their neighbors that was historically done to them. And their excuse is that their great-grandfathers died in the Holocaust, so, carte blanche.

The chance of even a fragile, temporary peace is zero.

Intelligent people love President Trump. Brainwashed morons and liberal idiots - such as yourself - are too ignorant to appreciate what he has done and continues to do for America.

Do you support Hezbollah?

Why on earth would you ask that? If I'm not a rabid supporter of Israel, that must mean I'm a terrorist, RIGHT?????

Jesus! Of COURSE I'm not a supporter of Hezbollah! Or Hamas! Or Israel! Or Iran! Or Trump! Or any of the other myriad assholes who have been creating "God's Monkey House" for the last 23 centuries!

Would you ask that question of any of your friends? Ever? If she criticized Israel, would you say, "Well, you must support Hamas and Hezbollah and the PLO and the Dark Lord of the Sith!"?

Here's my take, Candy: EVERYONE'S in the wrong here. There are no good guys. There is no moral high ground. There is no one who HASN'T engaged in pointless murder, given the middle finger to the idea of peace, and made the lives of ordinary folks miserable--all while blowing trillions of dollars that could have been used to fix at least some of what's wrong.

But here's the thing: to the extent that the government of Lebanon is weak and ineffectual, I understand why Hezbollah is in charge. And I understand why the Lebanese people are caught between a rock and a hard place. The vast majority of them just want to live their lives.

So sorry, I'm not going to say to Israel, "Your ancestors died in the Holocaust, so that gives you a free pass to rain flaming death down on anyone you don't like." I know that Republicans say exactly that.

I recognize what he has done TO America' it's as easy to see as the pile of dog poop on the lawn.

Thanks, I get you on those points.

Then, I'm curious: do you agree? Or are the Israelis still the "good guys" in your mind?

Of course, it's not black and white; it never is. But it certainly seems like we're handing out a bit too much free money and too many free bombs. I'm not happy that my taxpayer dollars have been used to blow up apartment buildings, schools, and hospitals in four different countries. Yeah, yeah, they're all big bad terrorist meanies, but not the father frantically digging through the rubble to find his daughter.
