But boy, I hope that question will be asked, over and over and over, of every backward-thinking misogynist RepubliQ asshole running for office. Don't let them weasel. Do they want Handmaid's Tale or not? State abortion police? Girls being forced to bear their rapists' children?
Call these motherfuckers out!
And if they say "No" they lose the evangelicals. Stay tuned!

And every time you've said it, it's been a lie. Asshole.
I think that question will be reversed. "Do you support a national law that guarantees access to abortion?"
Abortion used to be a one issue litmus test for pro-life evangelicals. Now its the other way around. There is going to be shitload of women whose vote is solely based on an affirmative answer to this question...many of whom have voted for Republicans in the past but wont vote for anyone who thinks a state can force a child to have their rapist's baby.
And if you think competitive district candidates are going to squirm with that answer rationalizing the recent state laws - just wait until you see future Republican candidates for President try to do so.
The last time my state of Indiana got a Democrat Senator is when the Republicans tied to run a psycho-pro-rape candidate that advocated forced births on unwilling mothers.

Just let the GQP try to mess with Social Security and Medicare.
There are more and more rumblings that women nationwide--even cheerful little RepubliQ "homemakers"--are going to reach out and squeeze the balls of the RepubliQ come November. There's nothing that can galvanize a voter more readily than telling her that she doesn't have the right to say what happens to her own body.
If the RepubliQ were smarter, they could still pivot and spin this--saying that it proves they support states' rights, blah blah. But no state has the right to control women's bodies--it's stated clearly in the Fourteenth Amendment. So that argument would fall on its face, but I think it would work better for them than their current stance:
"SHUT UP, ALL YOU UPPITY BITCHES."

I don't care if a woman shoots herself in the head. Just not when there is a baby on board.

Now tell us your thoughts on Jason Miller.
That privacy argument was bullshit, and you know it. A judges job is to accurately apply the Constitution and laws as written. When is unclear, they are supposed to do their best to interpret the intent of those who wrote these things. Activist judges twisting things to get to their desired outcome isn't what they are charged with. A bee is not a fish, no matter how often you tell guys tell this lie. Those judges understood clearly that the writers of the aquatic life law did not mean a bee.
