Kansas votes pro-choice.

There's nothing in the Constitution explicitly about the right to contraception. Or to be allowed to sit in the front of the bus.

Yep, that's you Boilerman.

Mister, just because you don't believe that a growing baby should be preserved, that doesn't mean that the beliefs of others don't count.  I'm not religous, but I can't wrap my head around an idea of killing a baby at any age.

The Constitution mandates that this issue be addressed at the state level.  Kansas voted to allow abortion and I stand by that vote.  You should support the mandated rights of other states to address this themselves.....even if you don't like the outcome.  Otherwise, just tell us that you believe we should ignore the Constitution.

Coward.

I pointed out to you that your logic could result in states outlawing contraception and allowing racial segregation - because they're not explicitly in the Constitution - and you avoided answering.

Strap on a pair and answer.

The Supreme Court decision has achieved the desired and correct results concerning abortions - individual states are determining their own decisions concerning abortions -as it should be. Now citizens of each state can decide whether they are pro life or baby killers. If they don't like the decision of the state voters, they have 3 choices, namely - 1- move to another state, 2- go to another state to kill their child, or 3- use birth control measures and not get pregnant. It is just that simple that even a complete immoral liberal moron should be able to understand - but, of course they won't be happy til they can fornicate at will - with the life of a baby be damned.

I doubt that most Cons actually can't read the 14th Amendment. It's more like, they choose to ignore it.

Based upon your past postings, no one gives any creedence to anything you now post - and they choose to ignore you...

Which is besides the point. If a Republican agrees with you and opposes a national abortion ban, they will lose the evangelicals.

Stocking up on popcorn.

Bullshit - that is exactly the point - only an ignorant liberal would not get it, as seen in mr. Negatives above posting.

How's that?

Liberals support legislating from the bench.  Pussys, just admit your guilt.

Liberals don't understand this.  Amend the Constitution if you don't like it, but live by a rule of law.  As soon as the Constitution is ignored, and it has been, then there are no laws.  Anything can be justified.

How about if Nazi's came into power and judges allowed our rule of law to be ignored?  Is Mister okay with this?

Follow the Constitution and the laws as written on the books.  If enough people don't like it, then change the law.  Russian judges are legislating from the bench and how's that working out?
