Boiler, in his ignorance, doesn't understand one very basic concept: people have fundamental rights, whether or not they are specifically enumerated, in the Constitution or anywhere else. In fact, they have those rights even if the government says they don't.
For instance, black people are human and have the right to exist. Boiler would say that isn't true, because it doesn't say that anywhere in the Constitution.
