Except for one thing: that statement would be contradictory. The Constitution says that the states do NOT have the right to decide whether their citizens have human rights or not.

Segregation is unconstitutional, although colleges are allowing it to happen......black students demanding an all black dorm and getting it.
Contraception certainly can be voted on at the state level. I don't think we'll see even one such vote, however.
The Supreme Court debate is over. The Federalist society has overruled the previous Supreme COurt ruling and that is likely going to stand for decades or maybe even forever.
So now the debate moves to the states - just like Republicans wanted it to. Except now their irresponsible rhetoric isnt just a campaign pitch to uninformed, reliogus cult morons. Their rheotric has real consequences and we're already seeing them.

You're gonna see a LOT of voters--particularly women--at the polls in November who otherwise would never have shown up. And everyone knows--the more people vote, the worse it is for the RepubliQ.
