Yeah, when a large city lies a few miles from a state where it's as easy to buy a gun as it is to buy a hamburger, that tends to happen.
That said, the number of such shootings is in and of itself meaningless. A per capita figure would be a better indicator.

Yeah, it's inevitable that when Boiler gets to Vegas, he'll see a black person. Then he'll scream and faint, and a white guy will take his wallet.
