I said all along that my buddy, Steve, lives on the SW corner of Lincoln Park.  Anyone who knows this area know that this area is called Old Town.  PJ doesn't know what he doesn't know.

I have never said that I'm too scared to go downtown.  I said that downtown violence lead a good friend's sister to move her business from Indy.  Hell, I spent three nights downtown for the American Coatings Show in April and I took my 29 year old boy to an Indians game on July 4...............the Indians beat the Cubs in 10 innings.

The punk problems start 1 block south of Second City, as that's the area the punks are targeting.  My buddy lives one block due east of Second City, so I've been there many times.  You've not been to Old Town or Oak Street beach recently.  Somehow you know better than my friend who spends EVERY weekend there and has for 25 years.

The next thing you kmow, PJ will tell us that he knows what it's like to sit with the Bureau of Land Management while holding meetings about an offshore drilling project.

Not in the areas we are discussing.  And since you've never been there you have even less insight than Boilerman's fictional story.     

Oh, and as another  public service announcement....If you want to buy tickets to the Second City headliner show in scary Old Town you better get them in advance because somehow despite the fact that nobody goes down there anynmore  they seem to be sold out in a rolling 10 day window.   Maybe its just the scary black people buying those tickets.  It sure isnt Boilerman and his friend who are too afraid to go.

Ohhh..ok.  First you say Lincoln Park....and then you changed your story to Old Town (which is its own neighborhood - you can Google it)   and now you're chaning your story again.  Now Its only in a certain part of Old Town.

You were in Old Town and Oak Street Beach?  Nope, you were a 5 minute walk from Wrigley.  Not the same area.
