Looks Like The Coronavirus is Arriving

Mark - please supply even 1 actual person who said there are 10,000 cases in Washington. 

President Trump did NOT say the virus was a hoax. He said the Democrats by politicizing the issue was a hoax. 

8 of the people who died were seniors from 1 nursing home, which is being investigated for poor practices. Take away that 1 location the death rate is significantly lower. 

I wonder just what mental or emotional damage Tom suffered to make him support a president who, for no reason other than to serve his own political ends, is lying to the public about a dangerous pandemic.

Why is this Trump's fault? Could it be that said pandemic would be far less dangerous if Trump hadn't fucked up the response to it? Or if he hadn't dismantled the Obama team formed specifically to deal with pandemics?

Trump and his supporters continually say that pointing out his flaws and fuckups is just politicizing things. That's like saying that Jeffrey Dahmer's prosecution was political because he was a Republican.*

*I'm not sure what Dahmer's political affiliation actually was, but this seems a reasonable assumption, given his dietary preferences. He loved people.

My stomach has a much higher tolerance for such things after more than three years of the Trump administration. I've learned to watch Trump giving a speech without throwing up--no mean feat.

The hypothetical question arises of if I would rather have dinner with Jeffrey Dahmer or Donald Trump. I think as long as I had a good knife and fork handy, I'd be able to defend myself against this ravenous cannibal. And handling Dahmer would be a piece of cake.

My oh my.............here we go again.  No, Trump did not say that the virus is a hoax.  Trump said that claims coming from Liberals that Trump and the White House are doing no preperation for the virus it's a hoax.  Once again, we have Liberals twisting the truth because honesty will not promote the Liberal agenda.

1. "Liberals" (noun) and "liberal" (adjective) should not be capitalized.

2. Trump's failures to address the coronavirus problem are not part of any so-called liberal agenda. Liberals wanted him to do his job--but he has failed miserably, and hundreds, maybe thousands of people will die as a result.

3. Boilerman should be ashamed of himself for making a public health crisis a political issue.

It was not a rhetorical question.  I was curious if he had stated the coronavirus was a hoax.  I evidently had heard the words coronavirus, Democrats and hoax together.  Trump's history of labeling events he does not like as a hoax, or news he disagrees with as fake news and he does play fast and loose with the truth, could have caused me pause.

Kevin's likely still compaining that there are 25,000 test kits, while nearly 1.5 million test kits have been sent around the country with more being producd each day.  3m is producing 40 million maskes per month.  The CDC is not in a position to be testing around the country, and this should be and will be done on a local basis.  Many Liberals, including Joe Biden, complained when Trump shut down flights to China.  Biden went as far are calling Trump Xenophobic, because that's what Liberals do.  Of course Liberals are now complaining that Trump should have shut down flights earlier.  Libs complained about Trumps Corona funding, even though there has been enough money to do what needs to be done at this point.  If we need more, he will budget more.

Now Kevin, whine on.

Florida has deaths now.   At some point in the near future one of two things will happen....we'll either keep it in check and have it peak out.....or it will just be everywhere and we'll just have to live with it the same way we do the flu.

I'm guessing its more likely to be the latter scenario.

3. "Liberals" should not be capitalized unless it's the first word in a sentence.

4. It should be "as far as," not "as far are." (Grammar blunder, not spelling error.)

5. "Xenophobic" should not be capitalized.

6. "Libs" is not a word. (Try to find it in the dictionary!)

7. "Corona" shouldn't be capitalized, unless you're talking about that brand of beer.

I've found that the only way to get a concept across to the particularly slow students is constant repetition, so I'm using that method with Boilerbaby. I can't cure him of his Trump-love, but perhaps I can elevate his English comprehension. I still have hope.
