2. Only someone utterly ignorant of how Trump operates would ever think that any crime committed by his various businesses wasn't approved of and orchestrated by him.

3. Several criminal charges have been filed against Trump organizations, and since many of those organizations are sole proprietorships, Trump is criminally liable. For that matter, American jurisprudence has conclusively stated that a CEO of a publicly owned company can be held criminally liable for acts committed by that company if those acts were performed at his direction.
