For those who care for the truth, as of December 23, the Trump administration has ordered 400 million vaccine doses from Moderna and Pfizer. Five days after Mister begain this thread, an order was placed with Pfizer for 100 million additional doses. No production delay was experienced. No delays in shipments were caused.
Lots of Liberal whining with no logical substantiation.
300 million additional doses are soon to be orded from AstraZenica. This should complete the United States requirement for vaccines. Trump and friends cut this deal with the company in March.
What fantastic foresight by Trump and friends and all the Liberal whining for nothing.

“Pfizer is not having any production issues with our COVID-19 vaccine, and no shipments
containing the vaccine are on hold or delayed. This week, we successfully shipped all 2.9 million doses that we were asked to ship by the U.S. Government to the locations specified by them. We have millions more doses sitting in our warehouse but, as of now, we have not received any shipment instructions for additional doses."
