Still mouthing off...

And you're still making gratuitous, stupid, pointless comments--speaking of "mouthing off." You're like one of my third graders that won't shut up. Behave or I'll send you to the principal's office, which is a much less welcoming place than your mommy's basement.

Notably, what the authorities are doing flouts CDC recommendations. Those are that people 74 and older and frontline workers should get the vaccine first. But this was the result of an edict from Trump lackey Governor DeSantis, whose various idiotic responses to the pandemic (including railing against mask-wearing) have earned him a permanent spot in the Irresponsible Stupid Asshole Leader Hall of Fame.

I'm also wondering: Florida went Trump--again. Don't all those loyal Trumpers still believe that Covid is a Democratic hoax? That's what the Orange Orangutan told them! Have they lost their sacred beliefs?

It isn't just the refrigeration that's an issue.

The federal government has abandoned responsibility for the distribution of the vaccine. Now it's up to the underfunded state health departments to handle it without federal aid, and the states are low on funds to pay for it, even the very sucky states like Tennessee, South Carolina, etc., that suck up all that federal money year after year.

And in October HHS Secretary Azar predicted the vaccine would be here now, so it is no surprise.

We were supposed to have 20 million doses administered by the end of the year, but it looks like it will only be 2 million in actuality. Additional Americans will die.

Maybe making a failed businessman (and a successful reality show host) the president wasn't such a great idea.

That might not have been so bad, but the real collective blunder was to elect a man who has no compassion, no empathy, no feelings for anyone except himself--a classic mentally diseased narcissist. Throughout the pandemic, his SOLE concern has been how it would affect him.

The hundreds of thousands of deaths he caused by his actions (hate rallies that were superspreader events) and inaction (it'll all magically go away; drink bleach, everybody) don't matter to him even one tiny bit. But he's one man and there have been lots of stupid, selfish, and evil leaders throughout history. What's disturbing is that there are so many people who still adore him. What sickos!

Trump has zero influence over the Florida governor, yet Lyin' Lib Kevin implies that he does.  So typical.

I guess you don't pay too much attention to...anything.

The federal government mandates state educational standards in order to receive federal funds. They do the same with state health standards. And hell, several years ago they said that they would withhold federal highway funds if the speed limits were too high.

The same could have been done with vaccine protocols.

But beyond that, a competent president could use the bully pulpit to influence American citizens and elected leadership. Maybe you've heard of it. It's called leadership.
