What does being an AP have to do with being a professional gambler? I would think that most, if not all, professional gamblers would be AP's, but most AP's aren't professional gamblers. They're simply knowledgeable recreational gamblers just like you and the others that post here.
When a person files a Schedule C ,as a professional gambler, they need to fulfill certain requirements.You need to prove that you gamble for a living. You don't, and haven't since you posted about going belly up thirteen years ago. IF, and that's a big IF, you ever did. You need to prove that you gamble enough to make a living at it. You sure don't now, and more than likely never have. Do you really believe that the IRS isn't going to look at your pitifully lacking Schedule C and not audit you? If you do, then you're alone in that belief. You haven't shown, by all your previous posts, that you qualify to file as a professional gambler. You never offer a valid challenge to the: is it more likely than not assertion for all your moronically false posts. Why is it that you don't see your previous posts as evidence that your current postings are false? Why is it that you don't even acknowledge those posts?
