Kitchen Sink bylaws allow the use of sarcasm, irony, generalization, and overstatement by Kevin only. Others must interpret these in terms favorable to Kevin's positions on...everything.
I strongly support our three branches of government and the Constitution. That means that I could never wish for the police to have unlimited power.
I should clarify that I often do not read past the first sentence that Kevin writes once this first sentence is outlandish.
