A gaffe is not forgetting how one's son died, nor is paying a $16 bill with $60. Everytime biden goes out in public his remarks need to be walked back (Armageddon), forgets things, wanders away (Easter Bunny). These mistakes are coming more frequently.

WHat do you call someone who claims the FBI planted top secret documents at his house? Or claims millions of illegal votes tipped the election to his opponent? Or claims all the voting machines have gremlins in them that changed votes? Or claims his predecessor was an illegal immigrant from Africa?
I dont know what you call that. I just know thats someone Tom enthusiastically votes for....and then he plays Sigmund Freud with Joe Biden.
