It's easy for Texas to subsidize billionaires because they are using other people's money, from blue states, to pay their bills. 

And what a lot of these businesses are discovering is that it is hard to attract the top young talent because the top young talent doesn't wanna live in Texas because of the oppressive laws targeting their personal life.  The fact of the matter is Texas isn't safe for women of childbearing age.

Tesla is failing as an automaker right now. They built massive factories and spent billions to develop the cyber truck.  They built infrastructure based upon selling 500,000 units a year and they can't even sell 50k units a year. It was an epic failure one of the biggest in automotive history.

Their other models are old designs based on a very old

platform. Other EV makers are leaving them in the dust. They never have been able match the fit and finish of the legacy automakers. Elon had to buy an insurance company because nobody wanted to insure Teslas because the repair costs are so high.

Yeah, Tesla is garbage. The only reason Elon was able to sell as many cars as he did is because of all the government subsidies he received. Between the electric car credit and other subsidies each Tesla cost the taxpayer something like $10,000. I have heard higher estimates as well. 

Musk and his companies are one of some of the top corporate welfare recipients in US history. 

Quite aside from his business failures, Musk should be barred from entry to the US and forbidden to have any business interests here. He collaborated with Trump to destroy thousands of American jobs.

  Who was President when the subsidies began? Why just another POS DemocRAT -- Barack Obama was President when Tesla started receiving significant government subsidies. In 2010, the Department of Energy under the Obama administration granted Tesla a $465 million loan, which was crucial for the development and production of the Model S sedan, as part of a larger, $2.4 billion initiative to support electric vehicles  --- By the way,Tesla is not garbage.

Whether you explicitly claim to write a work or not,  duplication/distribution without proper attribution is still unethical. It could rightfully be called plagiarism.
