Nope. Those rights, guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment, exist in every state regardless of whatever laws they may pass. It's no different than if the red states were passing laws prohibiting free speech--those laws would be unconstitutional.

 

So the measures inserting clauses into state constitutions are irrelevant. States can't cancel or validate the rights of US citizens. The Supreme Court decision was horribly wrong--and stupid, since all it really did was enrage voters.

  No where in the 14th Amendment does it say anything about abortions.  Abortion is not a "privilege" or "immunity"-- while it does state "nor shall any state deprive any person of life" ---  14th Amendment says - No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

I'm not going to engage in that debate again. The 14th Amendment guarantees the right to privacy, which includes the right to control what happens to one's own body. States can't lawfully take away that right. And if you're trying to assign rights to fetuses, a fetus is not a person.

Look up what the word ''liberty'' means, Davee-Boi. That's where abortion rights fall under the 14th Amendment.

The only locales we were leading by three touchdowns was in Florida and in other states where Republican incumbents were in the race. The outcome ( which isn't known fully yet) is tough for the R's, but I'm denouncing suicide as a palliative therapy.

So, do you think the R's will ditch Trump or do you think they will continue being his cucks?

I refer to the overall picture. Lacking any one of these factors: the anti-abortion crusade, election denial, and wackadoodle candidates, your gang would have taken the Senate easily.
