Nope. Not at all.
Yes it was - https://www.politico.com/news/2022/05/02/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-00029473
Nope. Roe v. Wade was a decision by a legitmate Court based on constitutional law. Dobbs was a terrible decision by a Court packed with Trump lackeys. They didn't consider the Fourteenth Amendment at all. Of course, what they were doing is repaying Trump, which renders any decision they made illegitimate.
The Supreme Court CANNOT nullify the Constitution, nor can it grant the states the right to do so.
And before you say something stupid about the Fourteenth Amendment not specifically mentioning abortion, I'd like to point out that the ways a person's privacy can be violated are pretty much infinite. There's no way every conceivable violation of privacy could have been mentioned. For instance, electronic surveillance--that wasn't mentioned in the Amendment. But it sure as fuck is a violation of privacy.
And the draft opinion by Alito just mirrors his actual vote. So it's one man---a deeply flawed Trump lackey--versus the Constitution.
I'm done here. Believe what you want.
