The acting head of the DHS said they were "proactively" arresting people. In other words, if they think you might possibly commit a crime they black bag you and hall you away to be interrogated. It is law enforcement based upon the movie Minority Report.
It's illegal and it needs to stop now. All these officers that participate in these illegal arrests ought to be arrested themselves and put on trial for the numerous felonies they are committing when they snatch and grab people. I am glad the Philly DA and mayor say that is exactly what is going to happen if Trump brings his traveling thug show there.
Protestors would actually be within their constitutional rights to respond with force to these violent, illegal attacks by Trump's thugs. Those thugs have no right to do anything but protect federal property.
What's disgusting is how nakedly political this stupid dog and pony show is. Trump's attacking Democratic cities, in the faint hope of scoring brownie points with the radical right. And of course, he's shitting on the constitution in the process---something he loves to do.
