Soldiers in war are not the same as civilians in a preventable disaster. Sadly, it is likely we will eclipse the 600k number within the next 6 months. Also, we already have probably 3 times that number of the dead because their cause of death was listed as something else.

It is not "prattle" when it is true. Changing what I said does not change what has and is happening. For a self proclaimed "smart" person, you surely are stupid - as is evidenced each and every time you post.

On most days I don't mind David. He is a mild irritant sort of like a neighbor that walks his dog so he shits on your lawn instead of his own.

One would think that 600,000+ killed in a civil war to be a disaster. 

But I will give you another one. Almost 700,000 died in the Spanish Flu. Based on the current population that would mean 2,000,000 deaths from the China Flu. 

We are at less than 1,500. 

How many US citizens died from the Ebola pandemic you shit your pants about for 3 months on this board?

History will show time and action were the two variables that seperated the countries that squashed this pandemic vs the ones that had it spin out of control.     And that will share a split screen with President Trump spending the first month ridiculing the disease as a liberal witch hunt, then dragging his feet on national quarantines, then offering false cures, then lying about testing, then refusing to take charge of the distribution of medical equipment to the hardest hit areas,  then pushing to reopen the economy at the height of infections.

And despite video of all his official history he will call it Fake news.   And so will Tom. 

First pj implies that we overreacted to Ebola & then complains that we under reacted with the China Virus. 

cuomo was told 5 years ago to buy more ventilators but opted not to. Now he complains about the slow delivery. 

You can't have it both ways. 

Tom, that's not even close to what he said. You have to break this habit of misstating what other people have said and then criticizing them for it.

You should also break the habit of being an unthinking Trump stooge, but I'm not hopeful about that.
