The bill wa passed under the pretense that millions will benefit from the diabetes benefit. We now know less than a million may benefit. That's a waste of time and resources.

There's more to the bill than insulin but that is in of itself a nice win.  ANd there's more to the bill than drugs.

But Unfortunately for Tom and David the medicine they use will still cost the same amount.
