52% of those who leave Portland stay in Oregon, and most of those are moving to neaby locations that haven't defunded police.  They are moving to locations that don't encourage homelessness and drug use.  They are moving away from liberalism or at least they are moving from radical liberalism.

Portland is a shit hole due to radical Liberalism, and we told you that people would get fed up and leave.  Guess what, people are fed up and are leaving.
