Apparently the driver was the first to break down, confess, and tell the police the whole story.

Because of their ages, the two youngsters charged with 1st degree Murder cannot be executed.

From the looks of it, these fine young Americans were simply standing their ground, in a place they were legally entitled to be, when all the sudden an admitted foreigner from some socialist hellhole, likely not carrying his papers, comes a-runnin', scarin' the bejesus out of this upstanding trio of Patriots who just wanted to exercise their god-given liberties.

I have no idea...but what if he did? Would that then mean he had his death coming to him? I believe there was some logic to that affect in the other case... at least by some.
