Affordable Care Act NEW TAXES

On the other hand, Forbes is a credible source:

I checked this site and it worked for me to get to it:

MONEYMORNING.com/ob-article/obamacare-taxes.php

A good book on the subject: Beating Obamacare, by Dr. Betsy McCaughey

Oh, Alan, you backpeddle fast enough to make Lance Armstrong envious!

So now your comments were only related to one of the claims...the one that came after a claim that was obvious fiction to any remotely informed person. You conveniently ignored that one. Thanks for clarifying !

Posts that contain a mix of truth and lies are measured to be FALSE in their entirety. Unless you are AlanLeroy.

Oh, but since you asked a serious question about taxes. Yes, Obamacare is paid for. And it primarily taxes companies that overwhelmingly benefit from the law by adding an additional pool of 30 million people to buy those companies' good and services. There's lots of credible sources to get this information from....I choose to get my information from sources that dont make bogus claims. And On a thread where somone asserts that most Americans will see their taxes go up by 6k as a result of Obamacare I didn't see a need to prove anything. I just choose to point and laugh.

So you're sticking with the Jack Abramoff co-conspirators as your source.

My favorite "tax hike" cited by your source is the provision that requires insurance companies to refund money if they fail to spend enough of their premiums on actual medical care. A consumer rebate is a tax hike according to dfwgambler and friends. And an organization that makes that claim is a worthy source according to alanleroy. You can't make this stuff up.

FYI here's the actual law

Well PJ, I just figured you read what I actually wrote which was pretty specific. No backpedaling at all. I guess according to your new logic, since Obama Lied about being able to keep your insurance if you liked your insurance then of course all the other thing's he's said about Obamacare must be 'measured to be FALSE in their entirety'. No?

Or I guess whenever someone makes a multiple point argument, If one is wrong they're all wrong...because....because...it's just not possible to be right about one thing and wrong about another. Is that it?? Or maybe if you dismiss an argument not based on facts, but based on who presented the facts, that must be right....because...because...you don't like that person! OK. Just say it. I got it.

Why on earth would I ever need to post when I have AlanLeroy to put words in my mouth? My points were clear and written in English. They don't need to be interpreted.

But it is great to see Alan back in his familiar role as the board's home town ref. On a thread where someone made a completely insane assertion about taxes he reserves his criticism towards those who point that absurdity out on the basis that one of the other points in the original post was not bogus. Par for the course! And welcome back, Alan. We've missed your objective rulings.

Uh, nobody said "most Americans will see their taxes go up by 6k as a result of Obamacare". You are putting words into someone else's mouth.

Another lie. But you're putting quotation marks into someone else's post. Without your make-believe quotations, PJ is quite accurate:

What "make-believe quotation" are you talking about? I quoted what PJ wrote. DFW didn't write what PJ claimed he did. There is a difference between "most" and "average", but that didn't keep you from calling me a liar.
