If Rice comes back the NFL will be people be more or less outraged than when Vick came back to the league?

Less, without the media blitz on what happened, replays of the video, etc.
- People will forget that they care about it.
- And, of course, those NFL people expressing outrage are the ones who need him back.

I don't recall much, if any, uproar from animal lovers/rights/PETA/etc. when Vick came back.
The NFL office lied about not seeing the video before Monday. It is a fact that the league did receive a copy in April and even left a voice mail to the police that they did get it and had viewed it. Goddell shoud be fired for this! I don't think Rice will face a lifetime ban, only problem is their careers and earning years are not that long. The next contract he signs will be 20% of what he was making.
It is really a reflection of life in America, women abused daily and maybe we are starting to realize the double standards we hold. The NFL just plain fu*ked this one up.
It's entirely possible the police accidently mailed the wrong tape to the NFL. The chief could have picked up a personal video like a movie and accidentally mailed it. Makes sense really.
The NFL never viewed this video, but a different video not showing the punch. The NFL intentionally didn't push for the video because, once received, they then would have been forced to show the public.

O2bnVegas claims that the NFL needs Ray Rice back. This player is quite expendable to the NFL.

I've revised my opinion. I now believe that someone at the League office has viewed the video. It's also possible that someone decided that it was so toxic that they stuffed it into a drawer, and few folks saw it.

Another thought, imagine the outrage in the black community if this tape was hidden and it was a white player. Jessie and Al would be setting up camp asking why blacks are targets and whites have crimes covered up.

We dont have to speculate what Sharpton's response is to the current controversy.
Sharpton on Rice

Where was the white community and Boilerman when Ben Rothlesberger raped a woman? White People like Boilerman can be so hypocritcal...it must be due to the melanin pigmentation levels of their skin.

Did you even watch your own video? Sharpton did not offer an opinion on DV. He just interviewed Stephen A Smith. The Stephen A. Smith whose original response to the Rice situation was to warn women against getting their men all riled up....although let me add I don't see how this is in any way Racial regardless of what Boilerman is trying to make it.

PJ, please cut and paste all the comments that Boiler has made regarding any rape case. Now PJ is arguing that Al and Jessie don't look to stir the pot. What a chuckle.
