Curse you, Girl Scouts!

The PB cookies are GREAT when frozen. I can usually skate on buying but this year the pitch was that they take Credit Cards. Usually I just give cash to the Scout troop selling the cookies, they don't make much per box sold, so a donation is appreciated.
Why is there no such thing as a bad Girl Scout cookie?

I like Thin Mints that have been stored in the freezer.

It's hard for me to buy GS cookies, since I have to remain 500 feet away from...oh, nevermind
Thin mints have no calories....the good karma from supporting a good cause transcends any bad trans fat. Enjoy!

stay away from the brownies too.

My downfall with thin mints was while making a cheesecake from scratch, what I thought were graham crackers were regular crackers. Already had the batter made so I hammered the thin mints into pieces and patted them into the pan as a crust (along with mixing some into the batter).

They have become the mandatory base for all cheesecakes!
OMG that sounds like heaven on earth. Do you like the heavy cheesecake or the fluffy light kind?. For me, the heavier the better. My wife is a cheesecake pro.

In each and every box of Girl Scout cookies they hide a little transmitter that sends inaudible subliminal messages to tell you that you must eat the cookies before they spoil.
