The D now charging a resort fee.

Here ya go Snidely
Tanya, very nice photo.

Oh, and have you picked out a future bride for your son yet?
Wait what son?
On average we stay 3 to 4 days, that tacks on an extra $60 to $80 , and you want to give $10 off to see one of your shows, O hell no, you should be giving me a free ticket to your show at that price. Anyway thanks but NO thanks I'll be staying at the Golden Nugget even if it cost a little extra.

My apologies, Tanya. I was looking at a one-inch screen on my phone. Now on computer I see you have a beautiful daughter. So have you picked out a future groom?
I thought the room at the D was nice enough, but very noisy. The walls are paper thin and the noise from the FSE is very noticeable, even at the 28th floor.

$20 is ridiculous. The list of places I'll actually consider staying at is getting shorter every day it seems.
We were there in oct for 6 nites with the room comped when I stop by the host before leaving to check out they had me down for the internet for 5 days if I wouldn't checked I could of got charged for that. So check before you leave if you use there internet

best just to let this one pass "mush"!
But, I do like the reason "one inch screen"?
Funny how so many people have problems with resort fees. I totally understand and it feels like a scam to me too. But some people are downright funny about it. They huff and puff about the fact a resort fee increases the cost of their stay with $100 (example) and for that reason refuse to stay at that specific "resort". Yet they have no problem losing 1000's of dollars in that same 'resort" without any complaints as soon as they get their resort fee waived.
As it turns out, resort fees are only the tip of the iceberg. Here are some other inequities I've uncovered:

1. Rooms substantially more expensive on the weekends.
2. Games favor the house.
3. $20 trick completely unreliable.
4. Hookers will cut a bitch.
5. "Owner of a Lonely Heart" in constant rotation.

I could go on...
