Donald Trump to buy Buffalo Bills?

A little more money? How disingenous can you get? The bigger cities had much more revenue than the smaller cities. Next time stick to the actual numbers.

The NFL doesn't need its teams in big cities. Their stadiums are just TV studios. They could play the games anywhere.

2013: Empty seats in Jacksonville. Team doesn't move to Los Angeles.

. . .

The Jaguars’ lease with the city expires in 2030 and it would cost about $100 million to break the lease. For the NFL and Shad Khan, $100 million is almost nothing. He has $4B, and didn't get it by being dumb.

Yet he and the league keep the Jaguars in Jacksonville (and the Bills in Buffalo and the Chargers in San Diego and the Packers in Green Bay and the Bucs in Tampa and the Raiders, well, hmmm).

NFL stadiums are TV studios and could be put anywhere.

Green Bay is owned by the citizens of Green Bay, I don't think you will ever see GB without an NFL team.

Agreed. I believe you can pass your seats to your heirs also, so the waiting list is ten to fifteen years to get season tickets.
If Donald Trump buys the Bills wouldn't it be cool if they embedded a big wave of orange hair atop each helmet? That would be so cool.

No, the Green Bay Packers are not owned by the citizens of Green Bay, a town of just 100,000 people.

The team has almost 400,000 stockholders and they live all around the world. In fact, 7.7% of the 2011 stock sale was bought by Californians.

I agree that the Packers will remain in Green Bay. NFL teams can be sited anywhere, it doesn't matter, since NFL stadiums are just TV studios. Green Bay's probably the best example of this truth, along with the lack of a team in Los Angeles, America's second biggest metropolitan area.
Chilli/Jilly is still playing her little disingenous games. When proven wrong, she lies her ass off.

Let's look at Forbes chart.

Total Revenue for 2012 (in millions)

Dallas 539
New England 408
Washington 381
New York Giants 338
Houston 320
New York Jets 321

Jacksonville 260

Now Chilli/Jilly is claiming those are immaterial differences. Either she isn't very bright (which I believe she is smart) or she is trying to cover her ass. Those are material differences.

That would be great. Of course his hair may be harder than the football helmets. Perhaps it could add an extra layer of padding.
