DonDiego does not know.

But when DonDiego was in elementary school the tradition was to employ masculine nouns and pronouns in situations where the gender of the subject(s) is unclear or variable, or when a group to which they are referring contains members of both sexes. Apparently this is frowned upon nowadays in some social groups. DonDiego does not belong to any of them.

DD's playing his usual passive-aggressive game. His first chart is NRA Membership. That organization, known for honesty, claims almost one whole percent of Americans as members.
Buzzzzzzz! Wrong.

DonDiego's first chart is a record of the number of National Instant Criminal Background Check System [NICS] requests on firearm purchasers from dealers each month, . . . so a little under 1,000,000-per-month during President Bush's final year, up to 2.78 million in December 2012. It would seem the citizens of the United States know what they want. 2.78 million citizens had a merry Christmas, . . . and that's not even counting private sales among citizens or illegal transactions.
F'rinstance, the City of Chicago prohibits the sale of firearms within the city limits. Umm, . . . how's that going?

But Chilcoot need not fear for his safety. Although Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has requested a ban on "assault weapons" and magazines holding over 10 rounds for US citizens, DHS is immune from the proposed ban and will protect Chilcoot. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has submitted a proposal to acquire 7000 "assault weapons" for DHS; the only difference between the "assault weapons" acquired by citizen-civilians and those to be owned by DHS personnel is that DHS's are fully-automatic and come with 30-round magazines.

DonDiego's second chart is the price history of Sturm Ruger & Company, Inc (RGR) over the last five years. Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. engages in the design, manufacture, and sale of firearms in the United States. It offers single-shot, autoloading, bolt-action, and sporting rifles; shotguns; rim fire autoloading and center fire autoloading pistols; and single-action and double-action revolvers.

Oh, . . . and by the way, . . . poor old DonDiego is getting tired of folks calling him passive-aggressive.
The Urban Dictionary defines passive-aggressive as "the act of doing something specifically to piss someone off, but with the cover of 'I didn't realize it would bother you' ".
Oh, . . . wait. Never mind.

Hate to say how funny "correcting ", someone is..but...BWAHAHAHAHA
I think I'm getting a whiff of Irrational Exuberance waiting in the wings. No...smells more like Asset Bubble. Nevermind. My dog farted.

Fair enough, it looks very similar to a NRA membership chart I saw, and so that was my guess. Would have been kind if the passive-aggressive DD would have mentioned what he was posting rather than force us to imagine where he was suddenly veering this thread about the stock market's amazing recovery over these past four years.

So, . . . poor old DonDiego is scolded for posting a chart of a stock that went up ten-fold in a thread about the stock market's amazing recovery.
And alanleroy post that his dog farted, . . . and there is no complaint from Chilccot.
DonDiego smells bias against a select poster, . . . or, . . . just maybe, . . . somebody farted in DonDiego's pants! [Poor old DonDiego does not have a dog.]

Please try to be more understanding of Roulette Man's seemingly irrational behavior. He suffers from what many California residents refer to as 'SC rage." It's common among University of Southern California students and grads, and it for many it actually begins the day they realize they will be attending USC.

Of course that's the same day they receive the rejection letter from UCLA.
I know a homeless man. If someone were stupid enough to loan him a million dollars most people would think he was successful as long as he used the money wisely. Maybe bought a house and car and spent the rest on future necessities. It may take awhile, but eventually everyone will see that it was all a sham.

We borrowed $6-7 trillion to make the stock market go up about $6 trillion…ON PAPER. If the labor pool were equivalent to what it was in 2008 unemployment would be at 10.5-11%. What an economy!
