Early Fall in New England (new pics added)

Sorry that was 2011
Great pics. I'm heading to Boston next week from Oct 9 to 19th.
Visit my family in Lowell, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Brockton, MA & drive to my sister's place in Kennebunk, ME.
I grew up there for 26 years, but live in Los Angeles now.
Fall is my favorite season anywhere, but especially New England.
I planned these dates to try to hit the foliage peaks.

My brother will take me to Foxwoods, so I'll finally get to check out that casino.
Any suggestions for Foxwoods?
Jack

Dadzattic have a great trip!!!! You will be in my town, Lowell!!!!! I like Foxwoods also, and Mohegan. You really should see them both, they aren't that far apart. And then on the drive back, jump on 95 and head to Twin River in Lincoln RI and see their new casino! What used to be a Racino is now a full fledged casino with table games.
Hi Janice - your town - Lowell? That's my town I was born & raised there 25 years, Keith Academy & Lowell Tech. Moved to Los Angeles in 1976. But Loell is still my town, Tony & Anns Pizza is open again. Good food, good people.
Dadzattic and Janice,

Do you guys remember the Price Grotto restaurant in Spaghettiville ? (next to the Prince Pasta factory)

I used to play there in my band.

Oh Man, did they feed us well ............... Mangia, Mangia !!!!!

For all the new England readers LET's hope you won't need a shovel for the end of October!!!
Like last year's freak blizzard and power outages. Northern CT and Southwest MA,!!!!

No you were correct, it was snow one year and hurricane the next..
Dadzattic, the casino's are 7.5 miles apart. It's an easy drive from either to the other one. Both are quite unique. Mohegan is easier to walk around..a bit smaller but both of them are really nice. I like the food choices better at Mohegan.

Foxwoods has a great coffee shop..the Veranda Café. Reasonably priced. If you have an inkling for good pizza, CT has the best hands down, there is a Pepe's pizza which is from New Haven located in Mohegan.
have a great visit!!
Dadzattic: I went to Keith Hall!!!!! I may have seen you at the Keith Academy dances!! Yes we have good food here, Santoro's chunk steak subs are not to be missed!! Enjoy your visit with the family.
