That looks like more than a $2 billion project to me. It's curious that companies that really understand the Las Vegas gaming market have passed on building a luxury casino on the strip for years, but this company thinks they can make it work. I guess they think they can lure enough Asians to the property to turn a profit. I'm sure the major players on the strip aren't happy at all with this announcement.
