It does seem to me that DD never attacked any particular person but yet the true name callers seem to slide right by the moderators.It would seem like the powers that be have it backward.

You guys know he didn't die right? Karen was banned for a week, I think lva will survive this week long nightmare.

DD was warned not to start political threads, he did anyway. He was never rude, vulgar, or abusive, so that's not why he was banned.


I look forward to the triumphant return of DD, a true folk hero, you know like Zorro or something.

Blade hopes DD ban is very temporary.... Blade enjoys most of DDs threads and comments.

Blade suggest DD send a nice basket of goodies (chocolate, cheese, fruit, etc) to the LVA World HQ with a note of apology.

I was going to stay out of this thread because the masses were supporting DD and a lot of people I respect on here think the banning was wrong. Rizzo's post reminded me that it is okay to have a different opinion.

I think DD knew it was wrong and kept doing it. Kind of like getting a ticket for driving 60 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. His violations seem minor but he was doing it a lot and knew what Anthony had requested. The rule is the rule..and he broke it. You can disagree with the rule but you can't deny that DD broke it.

Can we feel bad for DD? Yes
Was he always kind and civil inside of his posted violations? Yes
Should he have been banned? Yes (60 in a 55 MPH zone is a violation)
Do I think he will be back? Yes (I hope so, we need more Appalachia threads...lol)

Thanks Rizzo for reminding me that I have a right to my own opinion. To my friends (or enemies) on here, I salute you but disagree with you.

This board sucks. Used to be fun. I used to get the impression that Anthony was one of us. You know, the Great un-washed fighting against the Casino Masters, trying to find any usable angle. Now, it seems, as he has become a successful publisher, he has forsaken that path and aligned with the politically correct crowd.

I think Liondownnow said it right. One can only keep farting at the dinner banquet so long, eventually the host won't invite you back. Even if farting is considered an honor in Burma.

I also suspect that DD's steady, sad stream of soft-core porn posts didn't help his cause.

If DD's allowed back, and he choses to come back, I expect he has the capacity to behave.
