If it's Thursday, it must be Tikrit . . .

Behold, the DonDiego Massive Wall of Text.

He writes that Al Qaeda is "Presently . . . in the form of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL)", even though Al Qaeda isn't, as numerous news reports prove, and substitutes his Massive Wall of Text to pretend otherwise.

When you force DonDiego to resort to his MWT on a simple point where he got the fundamental fact underlying his newest political thread completely wrong, you know you've got him good.

And gittin em is what it's all about after all.
So let DonDiego get this straight, . . .

When the al Qaeda leader of the al Qaeda organization, the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), Mr. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi changed the name of the organization to the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) in April 2013, . . . the fact that The Obama stated before the name-change that "al Qaeda is on the run" no longer applies ex post facto.

(DonDiego suggests Chilcoot recommend this strategy to all al Qaeda organizations to change their names and so shift blame from their present organization to some new organization so as to confuse easily-confused Westerners. Chilcoot might well receive some sorta Islamist medal.)
(DonDiego must remember this technique too. It could come in handy in internets conversations.)

But does it really matter? Does the name-change matter? The group comprises the same leader and by and large the same membership as when it was an alQaeda affiliate.
They are a derivative of al Qaeda. And apparently more decisive on the battlefield. (Would this designation, derivative of al Qaeda, be more acceptable to Chilcoot and his new acolyte 12251n?)

Does Chilcoot opine that an Iraqi citizen being executed cares if it's ISI or ISIS or ISIL or al Qaeda. ("No, . . . no, . . . I insist, . . . no one but a bona fide al Qaeda member may cut my head off.")

And whatever their name DonDiego reminds Chilcoot that they did confirm The Obama's statement twice when they ran from Iraq into Syria, changed their name, and then ran back into Iraq from Syria. That Obama sure can predict the future.

For the record:
DonDiego recognizes that al Qaeda has thrown ISIS out of al Qaeda. Maybe these al Qaeda guys aren't as bad as poor old DonDiego thought.

DonDiego has edited the original post in this thread to clarify the name change of the subject terrorist organization and the change in the al Qaeda organizational chart whereby the Commanding General of al Qaeda deleted ISIS/ISIL as a member in good standing.

And he has apologized to Chilcoot for the inadvertent defamation of al Qaeda. (In the event that al Qaeda does consider awarding Chilcoot a medal for his defense of the organization, DonDiego will stand as a witness, . . . at least telephonically. DonDiego trusts that if al Qaeda does, in fact, conquer the world Chilcoot will put in a good word for DonDiego.)
Perhaps repetition works with him. From the Washington Post a few months back:

Considering the solid points he made in this thread, this should make forkushV's day.

When even Glenn Beck concedes what hoops2, BobOrme, jatki99, and many other right-wing kooks here won't, well, wow!

Yeah, hussein was such a great guy.

Meanwhile, while the Middl East burns, Obama plays golf and attends fundraisers

I'm not sure what a "Middl East" is ???

I am very familiar with the Middle East, but obviously that is not what the hoopster was referring to.

Thank goodness no REPUBLICAN president ever played golf while in office.....for that would make Hoops and the other "usual suspects" on the FFA pure frickin hypocrits !

Now, here is a question for you Hoops. Out of the following, which gives you the biggest hard-on ?

The Grudge Report online propaganda website.
AM Fright-Wing radio shows from Beck or Limbaugh.
Faux Entertainment Channel's Hannity or O'Reilly comedy hour.

Or do you reserve the main masturbation period for when one of those Stepford, robot, helmet haired, red dressed women anchors come on Faux and read off the carefully prepared, Koch friendly script ?

It's fun watching your precious RichThugLican Party come apart at the seams.
Someone needs to graduate junior high and learn how to write. Nobody else thinks this wording is cute.
You lost me half way through your "run on sentence".

Chilly, I would have hoped by now that you would have learned to never trust a Muslim terrorist. Most of us figured this out some time ago.

Repetition is not necessary.
DonDiego has already stated that he edited the initial post to reflect just this information:

***EDITED TO ADD ***

In response to reader Chilcoot's observation that alQaeda leadership no longer holds ISIL to its bosom, DonDiego adds the following clarifications:

In April 2013 the name of the al Qaeda organization The Islamic State in Iraq (ISI) was changed to The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS/ISIL). It is these rather unpleasant fellows who are presently causing havoc in Iraq.

On 3 February, 2014 al Qaeda General Ayman al-Zawahiri stated that ISIS/ISIL "is not a branch of the al-Qaeda group [and al-Qaeda] does not have an organizational relationship with it and is not the group responsible for their actions.”

DonDiego apologizes to al Qaeda for accusing them of the present pillaging of Iraq, above.

In the future DonDiego will refer to ISIS/ISIL as "a derivative of al Qaeda" to soothe the tender sensibilities of Chilcoot towards any, even unintentional, criticism of al Qaeda.
